A special printing, limited to 300 unnumbered copies of Milton’s Comus edited and with notes by Darrell Figgis from the edition of 1645 and the autograph manuscript. Quarto (29 cm) in publisher’s tan dust wrapper, black cloth with gilt titles and decoration, t.e.g. , heavy, high quality paper, ample margins. With eight illustrations by William Blake originally intended for a hitherto unrealised edition of Milton’s drama (xviii, 35 pp., colophon). Utilitarian slipcase, DW spine repaired with some loss, binding and text As New. Price: $100.00
