A collection of Uncle Wiggilies harvested from the Newark Evening News where they first appeared. A reporter for the Newark News for which he created the character Uncle Wiggily, Garis was also the author (as Victor Appleton) of the first 32 titles in the Tom Swift series as well as dozens of other children’s books.
