Duodecimo (18 cm) in royal blue calf, gilt titles and decorations, t.e.g. The titles in the series average 150 pp. with a colour frontispiece and a half dozen plates, an occasional map. Each title intended to stand alone; by such authors as Stewart Wallace, Stephen Leacock, William Wood, Charles W. Colby, Thomas Guthrie Marquis, Agnes C. Laut, Alfred D. Decelles, Joseph Pope, and Arthur G. Doughty. Variable condition (Good to Very Good) as a few volumes have sun damage to the spine, a few with some loss. This was a well conceived series— written by noted Canadian historians and produced in a handsome format.
