Large folio (40 cm) in brown publisher's cloth with gilt titles to front, impressed decorations to covers; coloured maps (11 double and 16 single page) of New York State, Ontario County, and towns and associated villages in scales varying from 20 rods to 200 rods/ inch, some with lots and owners identified; waterways, railroads, table of distances, locations of post offices, local populations ('native', 'foreign', 'colored'). Edges, corners, and backstrip worn; map p. 41 repaired; a bit musty. An uncommon complete copy with generally clean, bright maps. Price: $850.00
