Port Hope: Ganaraska Press, 2007. First edition, signed and inscribed by the author, photographs by John de Visser, and a Foreword by Farley Mowat (vii, 228). Quarto (22 cm.), the original sheets in bespoke binding-- three-quarter green morocco over complimentary marbled paper, gilt title to cover and spine, matching green endpapers and top edge.
