[London: Daniel Browne, 1708]. First edition (pp. 560). Folio (31 cm) in contemporary full calf, six raised bands, title in label on spine. Printed in traditional black letters (or, Gothic). Legal opinions and arguments were at the time gathered in occasional ‘anthologies’ or similar collections and not always arranged chronologically or by subject. This one jumps around quite a bit. Preserves some contemporary marginalia. Partial index only, binding badly worn but holding. A good candidate for revival. Appears scarce. Price: 100.00 USD
